
Thai Seafood Rice

Although Thai jasmine rice is a good choice for this type of rice, if you find it difficult, make sure to make it with basmati or any other type of rice you use. Also, the rice should be pre-cooked and then chilled. You can easily use leftover rice if you are preparing it for dinner.
Although we only used prawns in this recipe, you can add squid and fish as you like. Or you can discard all the seafood and add any type of meat you like to get a different taste. You also have the freedom to add and subtract vegetables as you wish.
Remember that all sauces added to rice are high in salt, so do not add salt in any way.
Serve the cooked Thai seafood rice hot to the family. Your family can enjoy a hearty dinner with a mouth-watering aroma and a delicious taste.
You can also add hot Thai seafood rice, chilli paste, cucumber slices and lettuce to make it even tastier.

Let's make the sauce first. Add soy sauce, fish sauce and oyster sauce to a bowl
Add sugar to it
Stir well until sugar is dissolved and set aside
Let's make Thai seafood rice now. Place a large saucepan on the stove and add a tablespoon of butter and let it melt
Break the two eggs and scramble them with a spoon
Remove the well-scrambled eggs from the saucepan and place in another bowl
Put the remaining butter in a saucepan and let it melt
Add garlic and fry for about a minute
Add onion and bell peppers and stir well with a spoon and fry for another minute
Now add the prawns and stir fry the mixture well for 2, 3 minutes
Now add the carrots, cabbage and broccoli
Stir and cover for 5 minutes until vegetables are cooked through
Add the prepared sauce to the steamed vegetable mixture and mix well
Then add rice and mix well
Finally add the scrambled eggs and remove from the oven
