Place the saucepan on the stove and add the potatoes to it

Add water to the mashed potatoes and boil for 5 minutes on medium heat

After 5 minutes, remove the potatoes from the oven and allow the water to cool

Wet the cooled potato using a tissue paper

Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice

Place the finely shredded potatoes in a bowl

Add onion, garlic, salt, pepper and flour and mix well

Take about a tablespoon each of the mixture and shape it into tart tots by hand

Deep fry the shaped tart tots until golden brown
