Potato & Egg Salad is brought to you today by Chefs' Cookery Club. As the name suggests, it is a salad made with potatoes and eggs.

This is a great meal for the whole family to enjoy. A simple meal that can be easily added to the dining table for a special occasion or as a daily meal for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. For breakfast, it's great with toasted bread and sausages or meat. For dinner, it can be eaten with any kind of fried or baked meat or fish, and with a variety of salads.

The can be kept fresh in the refrigerator for about 2 days after preparation. If you are preparing for a special occasion, you can make it a day in advance, close it in the fridge and take it out when you need it. When frozen it adds more flavor but not less.

Can be given to small children. If you are preparing for the little ones, remember to make a few variations of the recipe as follows.

If preparing for your little one, remove the onions, bell peppers and celery, and use cream cheese instead of the added vinegar and mayonnaise.

It takes less than 30 minutes to prepare. It takes about 15 minutes to boil the potatoes and eggs. While the potatoes and eggs are boiling, the other management can be prepared so that no separate time is taken for it.

Take a large bowl and put some potatoes in it

Add vinegar, bell peppers and onion and stir

Beat the two eggs well with the help of a fork

Add the powdered egg yolks to the mixture and stir

Finally sprinkle over celery and serve
