Chefs' Cookery Club brings you a very tasty rice today. This is a very popular dish in Japan, Korea and Taiwan. Due to the tomato sauce used here, it is also very popular among small children.

Omurice means Omu-raisu or omelet rice in Japanese. This omelette is a delicious fried rice surrounded by an egg omelette. In this recipe, fried rice is made using the most commonly used chicken and Korean style of Japanese recipes for making omurice, so our recipe can be considered as belonging to both types.

Easily prepared in as little as 30 minutes, this omelette is a meal for the whole family. This is perfect for dinner.

If you only make it for small children, make fried rice without using the soy sauce used here. Since the omelette is made with two eggs for two adults, separate the fried rice for 4 small children and make an omelette using one egg each.

Serve the omelettes, garnished with dill onion leaves and tomato sauce, to the family. Your family can enjoy a hearty dinner with a mouth-watering aroma and a delicious taste.

Let's make fried rice first. Put a saucepan on the stove and add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt

Add onion and chicken to it

Then add salt, pepper, chopped pepper and soy sauce

Stir well and let it fry for 2-3 minutes

Add the carrots and cook until the chicken loses its moisture

Then add the cooled rice and mix well

Add the tomato sauce on top of the rice and mix well

Finally put the onion leaves on top, stir and remove from the oven

Let's make Omurice now. Beat two eggs well

Put a saucepan on the stove and add a tablespoon of butter and let it melt

Pour the beaten eggs into the saucepan

Turn off the stove when the bottom of the omelette is well set and the surface begins to boil halfway through

Place a portion of the cooked rice in the center of the omelette, which is half-boiled and slightly moist
