Mexican Quesadilla

Servings: 4 meals
Cooking time: 20 minutes

Today we are going to make Quesadilla, a delicious Mexican dish, from the Chefs' Cookery Club. The other day we brought you how to make our first Mexican recipe, Tortilla. Today we are going to make a delicious dish that can be made using the tortilla we made the other day.

Quesadilla is a very tasty Mexican dish made with different types of cheese and different fillings inside the tortillas. Today we are going to make a Quesadilla filling that suits our taste in Sri Lanka which is very easy to make. I have used mozzarella cheese here but you can use cheddar or any other cheese you like for this. You can also substitute chicken or any other type of meat or seafood you like.

When you are done making it, you will get a very good looking, fragrant and very tasty Quesadilla.

Cut the prepared Quesadilla in half and serve hot. This delicious Quesadilla can be eaten with or without any sauce you like, such as tomato sauce or chili sauce.

Try it out and tell me how your family reacts.
