Chefs' Cookery Club brings you a very tasty rice today. This is a Korean fried egg fried rice. In Korean, this is called Gyeran Bokkeumbap. They call it bokkeum-bap fried rice. They call rice bap. Gyeran means egg.

All you need to do to make this delicious egg fried rice is a very simple management. Here, as in other types of rice, the rice must be pre-cooked and cooled. You can use any type of rice for this. You can easily prepare this with leftover rice for lunch or breakfast.

Put a saucepan on the stove and add a tablespoon of butter and let it melt

Add 1/2 cup of onion leaves and cook for about a minute
