Kimchi is mainly used to make this. Most recently from the Chefs' Cookery Club we brought you how to make kimchi. This kimchi fried rice is a perfect dinner dish that can be flavored with kimchi and other vegetables and meats.

Today we bring you a very simple Kimchi Fried Rice recipe that can be easily made in 30 minutes. Also, the rice should be pre-cooked and then chilled. You can easily use leftover rice if you are preparing it for dinner. You can add vegetables and meat and fish to your liking and make it even tastier.

Kimchi Fried Rice We do not recommend for small children. The reason for this is that the vegetables are fermented during the making of kimchi.

Place a large saucepan on the stove and add oil

Add a slice of onion leaves or leeks and cook for 2 to 3 minutes

Then add rice, mix and cook for another minute

Then add kimchi and kimchi juice to it

Mix the rice and kimchi well and let it fry for a few minutes

Add a pinch of salt, pepper and soy sauce, sesame oil and mix well

Stir well for a few minutes until the rice is well browned and let the kimchi rice fry

Add the green part of the onion leaves or leeks, stir and remove from the oven

Finally, put a bull's eye egg on the kimchi fried rice removed from the oven and serve hot to the family
