The reason for using chicken in this recipe was that the chicken could get fresh boiled water and the same portion could be used in the soup. Let's make chicken broth first. Heat a large saucepan and add chicken, a pinch of salt and 4 1/2 cups of water
Put on high heat until it boils and then simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes (45 minutes if possible, leave for about an hour).
Now your chicken broth is ready
Remove the well-boiled chicken from the saucepan and set aside to cool, shredding into small pieces
Let's make egg drop soup now. Dissolve corn flour well in 1/4 cup of water
Heat the chicken broth sauce on the stove and let it boil again
Add the corn flour mixture to the chicken broth and mix well
Boil well for about 2 minutes
Beat the two eggs well in a small bowl
Gradually add the egg mixture to the boiling chicken soup bowl
In the meantime, roll the soup into a continuous circle
Allow to boil well again
Finally add salt and pepper to taste and remove from the heat
Add the shredded chicken pieces to the egg drop soup
