We all like to eat Chinese food. But have you ever thought of making Chinese food at home? Chefs' Cookery Club brings you today a Chinese Fried Rice Recipe that tastes like it was brought from a Chinese restaurant and can be easily made at home. You can also make it at home at a very low cost.
Relatives and friends come home this New Year and they can make a lot of delicious rice. Although this recipe does not contain any meat or seafood, you are free to add any meat or seafood of your choice and make it even tastier.

Place a large saucepan on the stove and add half of the butter and let it melt
Break the two eggs and scramble without stirring, stirring with a spoon
Once well scrambled, remove the eggs from the saucepan and place in another bowl
Put the remaining butter in a saucepan and let it melt
Now add the garlic and ginger and let it fry for about a minute
Now add the onion and stir well with a spoon and fry for about 2 minutes
Add a pinch of salt and pepper
Now add rice and stir
Then add the carrots and mix well
Now add soy sauce and oyster sauce and mix well and let it fry for 2-3 minutes
Then add the Chinese chilli paste and mix well
Finally add the onion leaves and remove from the oven
