Chefs' Cookery Club brings you a very tasty rice today. This is chicken fried rice made in Sri Lankan way.
Easy to make in 40 minutes, this chicken fried rice is perfect for dinner. Instead of the chicken used here, you can use any type of meat you like. Also, due to its ancient flavor, it does not require any additional curries or sauces.
As with any other type of rice, the rice must be pre-cooked and cooled. You can use cooked rice from any type of rice for this. You can easily prepare this with leftover rice from lunch or leftover rice left over from the previous day.
Your family can enjoy a hearty dinner with a mouth-watering aroma and a delicious taste.

Put a saucepan on the stove and add two tablespoons of butter and let it melt
Add eggs and scramble
Remove the scrambled eggs from the saucepan and set aside
Add the remaining butter to the saucepan and let it melt
Add garlic and ginger and cook for about a minute
Add onion and cook for another minute
Add carrots, salt, pepper, chopped chillies, turmeric powder and soy sauce, stir and cook for 2,3 minutes
Then add rice and fry for 5-6 minutes
Finally add the scrambled eggs, shredded chicken and leeks, mix well and remove from the oven
Serve the fried chicken fried rice hot to the family
