Today we are going to make a delicious Mexican dish Burrito from the Chefs' Cookery Club. The other day we brought you how to make our first Mexican recipe, Tortilla and Quesadilla. Today we are going to make another delicious dish that can be made using the totiya made then.

There are many ways to make a burrito. Today we bring you a simple burrito recipe that can be easily made from everyday household items. You have the freedom to add as many meats, vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese as you like.

Also, these burritos are great for small children as they contain rice, chicken and cowpea and no flavorings or sauces are used in this recipe.

When you are done, you will get a very tasty barito.

Serve the prepared burrito hot. This delicious burrito can be eaten with or without tomato sauce, chili sauce, hot sauce or any other sauce you like, like salsa or Mexican pickles.

Let's make the filling first. Put a saucepan on the stove, add butter and let it melt

Add onion and bell peppers and cook for about a minute

Add salt, pepper and chilli powder, stir well with a spoon and cook for another minute

Add the chicken and mix well

Add rice to it and mix well with the chicken mixture

Add water, close the lid and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes until the rice is cooked

Once the rice is well cooked, open the lid, add cowpea and remove from the oven
