Today, Chefs' Cookery Club brings you Butter Tempered Rice. Ideal for everyday meals and festive occasions with family at home, this buttery tempered rice can be easily prepared in a rice cooker.

This is delicious by nature and can be enjoyed by small children and the whole family alike, so it can be eaten by small children as well as adults with only one or two curries.

It can be prepared in a very small amount of time and can be prepared in about 10 minutes, except for the extra 15 minutes it takes to cook.

First we wash the rice and then cook the rice

Bboil the chicken well

Heat the butter in a large saucepan

When the butter is hot, add salt and carrots and cook for about a minute

Then add some celery

While this is still going on, take another bowl and add sesame oil, soy sauce and orange juice and mix well. Don't forget to mix and match the vegetables on the stove

By now the vegetables are a bit overcooked. Now we need to add cooked rice and chopped pineapple to it

Add the sauce mixture and some orange juice and mix well

Add a pinch of salt and stir

Add some cashews and make it a little prettier before sending it to the table
